General Community: includes resources that target the racial and ethnic minority population as a whole.
Racial and Ethnic Community: includes resources that target or address aggregate racial and ethnic groups.
Specific Cultural Community: includes resources that target or address populations associated with a specific culture, nationality, ethnicity, language, tribe or religion.
Other Community: refers to resources that target or address other vulnerable, special needs and at-risk populations.
