This ½ hour, online, training module addresses ethical issues in disaster response such as cultural competence and ethical conflicts which arise when there is an inequality of power and/or control.   

This ½ hour online training module provides general information on Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the integration of culturally competent practices into public health preparedness and emergency response.
