  • Health Status provides estimates on the prevalence of disease, health behaviors, and factors that influence access to healthcare by race and ethnicity.
  • Linguistic includes information on level of English proficiency and primary language spoken at home by geographic region.
  • Resources and Assets refers to data on availability of resources, such as faith-based organizations and community health centers, which are located within a community and have the potential to provide services across all phases of an emergency.
