This article examines the collaboration, methodology, results, and lessons learned stemming from the experience of a unique university, state, and tribal collaborative model for public health emergency preparedness assessment activities.

This document summarizes the Dymally-Alatorre Bilingual Services Act which requires California state and local agencies to provide services according the language specific needs of the local population. Requirements include bilingual personnel and distributing written materials in multiple languages.
