AB 1930 (Torrico): Help All Californians in a Disaster

This bill requires that the Director of California’s Office of Emergency Services considers the multiple languages and needs of populations who have limited English proficiency (LEP) and to incorporate their needs into emergency planning, response, and recovery training.
