This toolkit is a "train the trainer" model which aims to educate local health departments, community organizations, or community trainers to deliver information on the recognition, prevention, and control of influenza in humans and animals. The toolkit content is geared toward educating limited- and non-English speaking populations in rural/agricultural areas.
