CDC SNAPS has pooled various data sources to develop national, state, and county profiles consisting of indicators relevant to emergency preparedness. SNAPS creates community profiles through information on demographics, faith-based organizations, immigrant country of origin, language, migrant health clinics, religion, socioeconomic indicators, and transportation.
