Description:

The recent fires have been devastating for residents of the greater San Diego County region.  In spite of the commendable efforts by many governmental departments, non-profit agencies, community organizations, and individuals, several sectors of the greater San Diego community either received disparate treatment or none at all.  This preliminary report intends to explore irregularities that occurred during the initial week of the firestorms throughout San Diego County.
