| Description: | This Slideshow presents the findings from a study which examined efforts to integrate racially and ethnically diverse communities into emergency preparedness programs in the state of California. By conducting a literature review, Web based review, and series of key informant interviews the study revealed a number of individual-level and institutional-level barriers to preparedness as well as promising strategies and lessons learned. |
