Description:

The video is about emergency preparedness in general and contains specific information about preparedness in Washington state. It emphasizes the importance of being prepared for a disaster at all times, and highlights three keys to success: planning for a disaster, practicing the plan, and preparing.  The video explains the importance of having a communications plan for emergencies, of having 3-5 days worth of food and supplies, and gives some information about how to stay safe in earthquakes or other times when essential services may be interrupted.
