Description:

This resource is a 3-fold brochure published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  It outlines 3 steps to take to fight the flu.  Step one is getting vaccinated against both seasonal and H1N1 influenzas. Step 2 reminds people to take part in preventive behaviors such as hand washing and limiting contact with sick people.  Step 3 describes the potential need to take antivirals, if recommended by a physician.
