This video contains excerpts from a number of interviews with community members and first responders that explore cultural considerations and lessons learned in emergency response. Community members from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds discuss issues such as trust, language barriers, and culture as they influence the way in which they interact with first responders in an emergency. Firefighters also share some of their experiences and best practices from working in multicultural communities.
