By working collaboratively with community partners the Vulnerable Populations Action Team (VPAT) strives to ensure that no one group is more impacted that another in an emergency by assuring access to public health preparedness, response and recovery information and services for the most at-risk and hardest-to-reach residents in King County, Washington.  This site describes the scope of VPAT’s mission and provides links to various resources.
