The Northwest Center for Public Health Preparedness is one of the Centers for Public Health Preparedness funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Run by the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine, the center provides evaluation, training, and education of the public health workforce in each of the six states in the northwest region: Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. The center’s website offers links to various emergency preparedness resources, both national and regional.
