American Housing Survey

Description:

The American Housing Survey is conducted through the Department of Housing and Urban Development at the U.S. Census Bureau and collects information on houses, apartments, single-family homes, mobile homes, vacant housing units, household characteristics, income, housing and neighborhood quality, housing costs, equipment and fuels, and sizes of housing units. Data is provided at the national level, as well as for metropolitan areas and geographic regions with populations of 100,000 or more.
