Description:

This report provides needs assessment of vulnerable and hard to reach populations in Texas and identifies the preferred methods of communication in the event of a bioterrorist attack or epidemic. The report discusses barriers as well as preferred communication channels across Hispanic, African American, Asian American, and Native American populations. Various appendixes provide tools for structuring interviews and developing questionnaires as well as supplementary demographic information by region.
