This resource reflects current approaches and priorities for improving our Nation's ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from a major health incident. This strategy was developed by with a vision of building community resilience. The strategy includes goals, strategic objectives, as well as implementation and evaluation strategies. It emphasizes the importance of relationships between individuals, families, and communities with local, state, territorial, tribal, and federal governments in coordinating  to prevent and mitigate threats to our Nation's health.
