This resource provides a summary of a pilot project implemented to improve community health through culturally competent risk communication strategies with diverse communities in Northwest Oregon. The resource describes the process through which the Northwest Oregon Health Preparedness Organization partnered with Community-based organizations that serve distinct cultural communities, the tools they used to engage community members and collect information, as well as general project findings.
